I willingly appoint Rent Pay (Pty) Ltd as my Third-Party Repayment provider, to manage all payment obligations in terms of agreements signed on this platform, to the benefit of the respective service providers, on my behalf.

I also understand that there are multiple payment methods available to me, in order to make my payment to the respective service providers. I have selected to make use of this payment service, out of my own free will for convenience and have not been induced or required by anyone to select this service.

RENT PAY (PTY) LTD is a registered Third-Party Payment Provider with the Payment Association of South Africa and I appoint RENT PAY (PTY) LTD directly as my Payer Service Provider. I understand that this service is a voluntary service and that it may have Third-Party Service Provider Fees payable by me to RENT PAY (PTY) LTD, for the payment collection service provided to me. I understand that the fees and terms and conditions will be set out in the WRITTEN AUTHORITY - THIRD PARTY REPAYMENT AGREEMENT & MANDATE, between myself and Rent Pay (Pty) Ltd, that will be presented to me upon selecting this option.
